Software Tester

What you will bring to the table: 

• experience in testing web applications 

• familiarity with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, Postman, Confluence, Git, Visual Studio 

• understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology 

• strong communication skills and very good command of English 

• ability to structure and improve QA processes across the teams 

• experience in defining and maintaining test plans and testing documentation 

• strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance 

• ability to take ownership of the QA process and drive improvements 

• at least some experience in test automation (any framework or language) 
  

What you might surprise us with: 

• understanding of web technologies (HTML, JS/C#, CSS) 

• experience with identifying user needs and analyzing business requirements 
  
  

What you will be working on: 

• organizing and maintaining QA processes and test documentation 

• defining and implementing test strategies and test plans 

• taking ownership of quality processes from planning to execution 

• contributing to Agile projects (Scrum or Kanban) 

• working on cloud-based solutions (Azure) 

• using Git and Bitbucket for version control (with regular code reviews and technical debt management) 

• supporting deployments and maintaining applications post-release 

• working on applications used by professionals in highly specialized domains, with complex user workflows and backend integration 

• occasional client meetings may take place in the afternoon (no later than 6 PM, planned in advance)
