Job description

We are looking for a skilled .NET developer with experience in ASP.MVC Core, EntityFramework, SQL, Mongo, and Azure/AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and be able to design, develop, and maintain complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using .NET technologies.

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Troubleshooting and debugging applications.

• Implementing security and data protection.

• Collaborating with team members for continuous improvement.

• Staying up-to-date with new technology trends.

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated builds and deployment.

• Spreading knowledge about new and relevant technologies among the development team.

• Coding features (data access, business logic, and UI), fixing bugs, and writing unit tests.

• Testing and documenting (if required to help the team achieve goals).

• Helping with production issues.

• Helping to develop/maintain the DevOps culture in the organization.

• Conducting code reviews of other team members.

Requirements

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a .NET or Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on C#, .NET, .NET Framework, and ASP. NET MVC Core.

• Experience with web and cloud technologies, including Blazor, React, Azure Functions, MS SQL, and Entity Framework.

• Solid background in modern architecture, specifically microservices (SOA), event-driven design, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Deep understanding of engineering best practices, including web development principles, SOLID, and Git version control.

• Proficiency in using Agentic AI in daily workflows for code generation, reviews, documentation, testing, and refactoring.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies, demonstrating initiative and the ability to deliver results without close supervision.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with an internal drive for technical excellence.

• High adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude, with the ability to change direction based on lessons learned.

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Ability to create containerized applications.

• Ability to choose and configure the correct MCP for the project needs.

• Experience with CQRS pattern using MediatR.

• Experience with GraphQL, GRPC.

• Experience with integrating AI tools into team workflows. 

• Experience with defining and configuring AI-augmented workflows using structured formats (XML, YAML).

• Good understanding of serverless architecture and Azure Cloud/AWS.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Duck DB.
