For our German client, that connects the world of Renewable Energy with Finance, Stepwise is building two SaaS platforms based on a microservices architecture. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner that is willing to join our experienced team that works in Scrum methodology. Project is challenging and advanced from a technology point of view. Requires constant experiments and proofs of concepts on the go. What is important for us, is to find a person that has a strong team player spirit and has previous experience in working in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering, evaluating and analyzing business and user requirements
- Having full ownership of the product's backlog and releases plan
- Advocating for clients and customers, deeply understanding their needs
- Leading the product life cycle
- Collaborating with the engineering team, stakeholders and designers
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 4+ years
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in project management (scope, budget, schedule, risk, dependencies, communication, and stakeholders)
- Great understanding of product design and development life cycle
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities with competing timelines
Nice to haves:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master qualification
- Previous experience working in FinTech, banking, finances
