Network Engineer (work in Gdansk)

The person in this position will have an important role in our organization, helping us implementing innovative solutions and supporting the existing network infrastructure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure

• Troubleshooting complex issues in cooperation with Tier1/2 teams and external support

• Providing guidance and consultancy for network infrastructure related projects

• Ensuring the security and compliance of the network

• Constantly optimizing network environment

• Mentoring junior team members

• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends to make recommendations for improvement

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• 3+ years’ experience working as a Network Engineer or similar role

• Excellent knowledge and strong hands on experience with WAN, LAN, routing (Fortinet preferred)

• Experience with network security (Firewalls, Proxy, IDS/IPS etc.; Fortinet preferred)

• Experience with wireless controllers (Fortinet preferred)

• Familiar with virtualization and cloud services

• Understanding ITIL framework and service management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience in writing technical documentation

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience working in a global team

• Fluent in English
