YOUR ROLE:
The IT Application Support Specialist provides daily support for company document processing platforms, analyses performance of the platforms, recommends necessary upgrades, identifies problems, and cooperates with other IT teams as well as 3rd party providers on RCA and resolution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily support for document processing platforms.
- Implementation of updates to the platform in production systems.
- Platform performance monitoring.
- Identification of problems in the platforms.
- Cooperation with development teams and 3rd party providers on RCA and resolution for problems identified in the platform.
- Cooperation with IT Infrastructure, Development, Client Service Management departments in other countries.
- Data analysis.
- Work on system and support documentations.
- Support for cloud infrastructure issues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Preferred a master’s degree in information technology sciences
- Experience in working with document processing platforms or business systems
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (analysis)
- Document processing platform administration, including tools such as: BatchSync, Visual Cron, WSFTP, IceWrap
- Active Directory administration
- Windows Server OS administration
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Good team worker
- Able to work under time pressure
- Readiness to work on shifts
OPTIONAL:
- Microsoft SQL Server administration

US: 16/6 – 40h per week
Monday – Saturday: 9:00 – 17:00, 17:00 – 01:00 (ND)
UK: 12/5 – 40h per week
Monday – Friday: 7:00 – 19:00
