YOUR ROLE:

Endpoint Management employee ensures efficient and high quality administration and support workplaces in decentralized IT infrastructure on the basis of a defined and agreed catalog of products and services. It provides resolutions for reported issues, recognizes problems, works on proactive and maintenance tasks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • User Help Desk (remote and on-site support for our users).
  • Software distribution.
  • Patch management.
  • Endpoint security.
  • Application delivery services.
  • Work on system and support documentations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Technical secondary education as minimum, preferred master's degree in information technology sciences.
  • 1-10 years of experience in work with end point management systems
  • Windows Desktop OS Administration
  • Active Directory administration
  • End point management systems:
  • Windows System Update Server (WSUS)
  • OS configuration management system (Ivanti)
  • M365 / O365
  • Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Good team worker.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of German & English language is required.
