YOUR ROLE:
Endpoint Management employee ensures efficient and high quality administration and support workplaces in decentralized IT infrastructure on the basis of a defined and agreed catalog of products and services. It provides resolutions for reported issues, recognizes problems, works on proactive and maintenance tasks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- User Help Desk (remote and on-site support for our users).
- Software distribution.
- Patch management.
- Endpoint security.
- Application delivery services.
- Work on system and support documentations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Technical secondary education as minimum, preferred master's degree in information technology sciences.
- 1-10 years of experience in work with end point management systems
- Windows Desktop OS Administration
- Active Directory administration
- End point management systems:
- Windows System Update Server (WSUS)
- OS configuration management system (Ivanti)
- M365 / O365
- Mobile Device Management solutions (MDM)
- Good communication skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Good team worker.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of German & English language is required.
