You will be a part of a stylish and innovative organization adopting new technologies in an Agile atmosphere. You will support business squads in their scaled agile enactment and execution. You will cooperate with diverse RTEs to distribute best methods for implementing agile in the company’s unit and train the parties to greater standards of capability and appropriate for the squad and company.
Your tasks will include:
- Coordinating across various teams as assistant leader and tutor
- Promoting events and handling to adjust for an Agile Release Train
- Supporting the squads in bringing quality
- Interacting with partners and escalating impediments
- Helping to handle risk and dependencies
- Driving relentless improvement
- Understanding scaled Lean and Agile practices
- Creating and corresponding annual Program Increment Planning Calendars
- Facilitating PI Planning
- Giving guidance on resourcing to discuss crucial bottlenecks
To be a good fit for the Senior Scrum Master (RTE) role you will have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field/Agile environment
- Extensive knowledge of SAFe Scrum
- Experience with Jira
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in preparing the Power Streams and/or Agile Release Trains
