Test Engineer (Service Now)

We are looking for Test Engineer (Service Now) to join Sopra Steria team and contribute to an internal project.  As a member of an international team, you will be working closely with our foreign clients in the IT industry on the implementation of automatization testing of the ServiceNow platform.

Mission/activities:

• Implement of automatization testing 

• Creating test cases in Service Now

• Creating automatic/manual tests (test analysis and design + execution)

• Analysis of test results, suggests ways to improve processes or increase productivity and quality

• Error reporting - basic investment based on reports/logs

• Cooperation with developers in diagnosing and correcting errors

• Running retests and regression tests (implementation and maintenance)

• Taking care of test documentation

Tech stack on the project:

• ServiceNow

• ATF (Automated Test Framework)

• Azure DevOps

• JavaScript

• Scrum/ Agile 

Must have requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

• Fluent English B2/C1

• Java script knowledge

• Knowledge of practices, procedures, and principles of testing

• Ability to work closely and effectively with developers in an agile environment

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice/Gdańsk
