PLM Business Consultant

We are looking for PLM Business Consultant to join Sopra Steria Polska that will work with large industry companies to optimize their design and manufacturing processes using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes, particularly in the design and manufacturing of complex systems.

While expert knowledge in PLM is not required, the candidate should be able to effectively leverage PLM solutions to drive improvements.

This role involves leading and facilitating workshops with key users and their management to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure strong adoption and successful implementation of the target solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Collaborate with clients to understand their design and manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

•     Utilize PLM solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

•     Lead and facilitate workshops with key users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

•     Develop and present detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

•     Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and financial data.

•     Provide ongoing advisory activities and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

•     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve consulting services.

Tech stack on the project:

·        3D Experience

Must-have requirements:

·        Strong understanding of industrial design and manufacturing processes.

·        Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders.

·        Experience with PLM solutions (e.g. PTC or Dassault Systèmes)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Experience in the defense sector

·        Fluent in Polish and English
