Job description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join Sopra Steria Apps Services team for a project which aim is enforcing security in Belgium. The objective is to digitalize client’s procedures at federal level and integrate new products into the solution.
Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
Mission/activities:
- Create installation and automatic update scripts for the various products (on Windows Server or RHEL or via OCP based on Docker images provided etc.)
- Integration of new products (COTS - Commercial Off The Shelf) into the solution
- CI/CD process development
- Take over the installations of the products of our solution
- Compliance for Acceptance of the solution (High Availability, Backup & Restore management etc.)
- Deployment of products on customer environments
- Maintenance of the internal development platform

Must have requirements:
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience on a DevOps position
- Ansible
- Openshift/Kubernetes
- CI/CD Pipeline (Gitlab Runners)

- Product integration
- Principles of high availability, failover, backup, restore etc.
- Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills
- English B2/C1
- Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice

- a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)
