Angular Developer - Remote/Wrocław

Job summary

We’re looking for a talented Angular developer to work for one of our fast growing US based clients. In this role you will be a key contributor, building modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app as well as developing various user-facing features in Angular.

You will work from Sofomo’s headquarters in Wroclaw. This is an excellent opportunity to build solutions that will be used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and to work with other talented Sofomo developers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building a complete front-end Angular single page application 
• Architect, design and develop critical features and components in Angular 
• Building charts and graphs
• Expertise in building complex layouts with HTML and CSS
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Getting involved in the application design, not just code to a specification
• Enhancing the front-end architecture to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and flexibility

Who You Are (Experience & Skills)

• Knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Experience building single page applications with popular JS frameworks and libraries
• Experience creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to provide SEO solutions for single page apps
• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system
• Experience creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular Framework
• Hands-on, professional experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services
• Experience designing and developing highly scalable consumer facing web application
