    • Create online reference docs, user guides, and tutorials/quickstarts for a wide range of audiences (SQL engineers, application developers, administrators, end-users, etc.).
    • Ensure that all features, enhancements, and changes are fully documented as you work with product managers, software engineers, technical project managers, and UI designers in a team environment.
    • Deliver weekly product updates and documentation.
    • Help drive customer engagement and adoption by engaging with Support engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Developer Relations to produce other types of content, including:
    • Knowledge Base articles and answers to Community questions
    • Technical blog posts and videos
    • Implementation guides, migration guides, best practices, and FAQs

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • 5-7 years creating product documentation for a wide variety of audiences
    • Experience documenting interfaces (UI, CLI, API, etc.) for technical audiences, as well as developing user guides and tutorials for less technical audiences
    • Familiarity with ETL/ELT, cloud computing platforms, and programming languages
    • Experience with open-source platforms and authoring/publishing tools for "Docs-as-Code" (Git, RST/Sphinx, Markdown, etc.)
    • Exposure to SQL, RDBMS, and database drivers/connectors (JDBC, ODBC, etc.)
    • Comfortable with reading and running sample code

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED):

    • Exposure to any of the following technologies:
    • Data ingestion, streaming, or data lakes
    • Identity and access management (SSO, OAuth, MFA, etc.)
    • Networking and private connectivity on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
