Snowflake launched in 2012 after three data experts realized traditional databases were about as flexible as a brick wall. This founding team, including co-founder Marcin Żukowski, spent two years building a "cloud-native" powerhouse in secret, eventually flipping the industry upside down and pulling off one of the biggest tech IPOs in history. Today, the platform powers a global Data Cloud, giving organizations seamless access to explore and unlock the true value of their information. This mission has a strong Polish heartbeat; after opening a technical hub in Warsaw in February 2021, which is still growing.

What does our recruitment process look like?
It's not a '"one-meeting" journey, but rather a great trip ending at top tier mountain. This journey allows us to truly get to know one another, ensuring a perfect mutual fit for a long and successful career together.
Initial Screen
If your application meets the requirements for the role, a member of our recruiting team and/or the hiring manager will schedule a call to get to know you and your technical skill set. Use this opportunity to ask more questions about the role and the rest of the hiring process.Technical Interviews - 60 minutes each
Coding and/or system design interviews will be covered during this stage. You will be given the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and knowledge. Be prepared to demonstrate your technical abilities through live coding questions and assessments with interviewers.Panel Interview - three to five 60-minute interviews
You’ll meet with several Snowflake team members during the panel interview stage. This round typically includes a series of meetings consisting of technical, expertise, system design, behavioral, and collaboration interviews. A 30-minute Tech Talk presentation may be included depending on the level and role you are interviewing for.Decision
