Job description
We’re growing again — and now we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to strengthen our Web Development team and help us scale our flagship AI product even further.
Location: Warsaw / Hybrid model
Industry: Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Synthetic Data, Digital Twins, Industrial Metaverse
What you'll do:
- Plan, design, and develop scalable backend solutions based on microservices
- Co-own product and tech roadmaps, contributing to architecture decisions
- Work alongside a senior, collaborative engineering team - share your expertise, shape architectural decisions, and help drive technical excellence together
- Work with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and deployment
- Use Git for effective version control and collaboration
- Contribute to clear and maintainable technical documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar senior backend role
- Solid expertise in Python, Django, Asyncio, Websockets
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience in infrastructure automation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- High sense of ownership and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ability to read and write documentation in English (B2/C1 level)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience building asynchronous microservices
- Familiarity with Django Channels
- Relevant certifications
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Familiarity with various cloud APIs (GCP, AWS, Azure)
