Head SAP Technology
The Competence Center SAP Technology is responsible for the operation, optimization and continuous development of all SAP on-premise and cloud-based system landscape. Furthermore, all security-related aspects of SAP operations are in scope of the team as well as development duties in back-end, front-end and integration systems. Cross-functional collaboration and agile principles provide end-to-end services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As Head SAP Technology with high motivation and at least 5 years of experience in managing global SAP teams, you are able to adapt complex and highly integrated standard applications to changing customer requirements, to further develop and optimize existing software. You recognize optimization potentials and are able to implement them proactively and continuously in cooperation with the customer.
What You Will Do
- Drive future development of SAP implementations within SIX towards Centralization and Digitalization ensuring the adherence of standards and SAP best practices
- Actively manage and develop the SAP Technology Team in terms of staff, technical and administrative matters, including training, development and evaluation of employees
- Be responsible for the stable and efficient operation of the SAP landscapes along externally and internally audited security standards
- Architect and implement SAP basis administration activities in a complex multi-tier SAP landscape
What You Bring
- Excellent technical understanding of SAP products based on Linux/SAP HANA with profound hands-on experience in SAP Technology
- Experience working with Cloud solutions from SAP (configuration, integration, service management)
- Excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Proven track record in evaluation / recommendation of new SAP system components, solutions, releases, or upgrades. Additional knowledge of SAP security and / or SAP development is a benefit
- Very good verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus but not mandatory
