Senior Power Automate Developer (f/m/x)

We are seeking experienced Senior Developers to join a high-impact transformation initiative in the banking sector. The project focuses on replacing an existing RPA ecosystem (Blue Prism bots) with modern, scalable automation solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, enhanced with AI capabilities.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale migration (approx. 25 bots) and help shape a future-ready automation landscape leveraging Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry.

Your tasks

• Lead the migration of existing RPA solutions (Blue Prism) to Power Automate flows

• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI models and copilots

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Build, test, and deploy automation workflows with a focus on reliability and maintainability

• Ensure best practices in automation, security, and governance are followed

• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with the team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio

• Ability to design end-to-end automation solutions (architecture and implementation)

• High level of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in complex, enterprise-scale environments

• Very good English communication skills

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry or related AI/ML services

• Proven background in RPA development, ideally including experience with Blue Prism
