Product Design Lead – medical project

Join us in supporting a global leader in the life science sector by developing advanced digital tools that enhance scientific workflows worldwide. We’re looking for a Product Design Lead — a UX expert who not only crafts intuitive user experiences but also drives product strategy, coordinates teams, and influences key decisions. This hybrid position is based in Wrocław and requires working partly onsite at the client’s office, with the rest of the time remote. You’ll collaborate with international stakeholders and work on meaningful, large-scale products that make a real-world impact.

Your responsibilities

• Lead UX initiatives while also helping shape overall product direction and delivery strategy

• Define and manage design processes, team workflows, and decision-making frameworks

• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization

• Take ownership of key product decisions with a strong focus on user impact

• Align user needs with business goals and technical constraints to deliver effective solutions

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong product mindset and active involvement across the full product lifecycle

• Proven ability to take the lead — including ownership of product direction, managing processes and teams, making key decisions, and influencing stakeholders

• Mandatory experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments, preferably within complex or regulated industries

• A track record of working in truly global settings, collaborating directly with distributed, multicultural teams across different time zones

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (minimum B2), with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and strategic thinking

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
