Strong Middle/Senior Business Analyst (Global Business Solutions unit)

We are looking for a highly qualified business analyst with extensive experience working on projects of varying complexity and preferably with logistics experience to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play an important role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives through effective business analysis and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Fluent level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good level of German with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and product management skills including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience managing user stories, sprints, and backlogs.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing Agile processes and documentation.
• Demonstrated success in excelling within a fast-paced, global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Getting things done oriented.
• Knowledge of one or more business domains is a plus. Experience in the logistics domain is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements in Agile software development cycles.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to capture and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.
• Conduct demo meetings to show delivered value. 
• Create user manuals for end users. 
• Support customer and team during UAT testing.
• Successfully engage in multiple projects / assignments simultaneously.
• Participate in new bids preparation (technical and commercial proposals for new projects) and other company activities, such as interviews, performance reviews, workshops, etc.
