SAP Access & Authorization Management Specialist

Currently, we are looking for an experienced SAP Access & Authorization Management Specialist to join Technology Risk and Integrated IT Audit projects within SAP environments. This role focuses on SAP Security & Controls and offers a high level of flexibility in terms of work model, cooperation, and start date.

The position is open for Mid to Senior professionals who are comfortable working in international environments and communicating in English on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the SAP user access lifecycle (creation, modification, and removal) in line with internal control frameworks

• Performing access reviews and Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk analysis

• Supporting SAP authorization assessments and remediation plans

• Monitoring the status of access reviews and coordinating the implementation of improvements

• Participating in SAP security design and role concept optimization

• Supporting Technology Risk and Integrated IT Audit engagements in SAP environments

• Documenting access governance processes and control effectiveness

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control

• Hands-on experience in SAP authorization management (ECC and/or S/4HANA)

• Strong knowledge of SAP roles and profiles (PFCG)

• Solid understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and access risk management

• Experience in access reviews and remediation tracking

• Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and audit requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively

• English at minimum B2 level

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SAP Security & Controls frameworks

• Experience in Technology Risk or IT Audit projects

• Understanding of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, or Order-to-Cash
