Who is a Technical Project Manager?

Technical-Business Translator: You bridge development teams and client stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value. Your ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences ensures alignment throughout project delivery.

Delivery Excellence Champion: You orchestrate multiple project workstreams, monitor progress against commitments, and ensure quality implementation of cloud solutions. Your attention to detail and process rigor delivers consistently successful outcomes.

Client Success Advocate: As a Technical Project Manager, you proactively identify client needs, recommend process improvements, and ensure our solutions maximize the client's technology investments. Your client-focused mindset builds trust and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between the technical team and the client, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage multiple work streams within a project, advising on process improvements for better system utilization.
• Coordinate resource allocation, ensuring the team has the necessary tools, materials, and time to succeed.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project goals and progress.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure productive and efficient discussions.
• Motivate and manage the project team, maximizing collaboration and effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into project status, risks, and key decisions.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 4 years managing software development services delivered to external customers. 
• Previous experience working within IT environments or technical teams, with a clear understanding of the technical landscape, including software development lifecycle and infrastructure.
• Experience with various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving project issues, and ensuring the team remains on track.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Being proactive and having critical-thinking skills
• Fluent in Polish and English
