This is us: Omni Next

We are a collaborative group of developers who have disrupted the Swedish news media since the launch of our first news app Omni five years ago. Today we have four apps (three in Sweden, one in Norway) and reach over half a million users every week.

Our aim is to be user-centric, innovative and to give the best overview of the news to all of our users – on all digital platforms.

Currently, we have an iOS team, an Android team, a backend team and a team with UX-ers, a designer and product managers who all work closely together regardless of geographical location.

The iOS team

We are passionate about Swift and automated technologies (like automated UI tests) and we really enjoy our work in the fast-paced media industry. We work in distributed teams and strive to be active members of the iOS community.

Perfect Candidate

We think that you are an iOS developer who loves solving problems and thinks what we do sounds interesting. You like the idea of creating the best user experience possible, have an eye for user interface details and understand asynchronous network communication.

You have worked on at least one app and you know git.

You should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and able to write well designed, reusable and efficient code.

We think it would be good if you have experience in working with Interface builder and Autolayout or similar tools.
