    Description: The Chapter Lead responsible for Quality Assurance leads the sub-function “Quality Solution” in the Technology Solution Center (TSC) Warsaw and supports teams in creating high-quality software solutions. The Chapter Lead acts as a raw model as a Quality Champion in our organization and drives innovative professionalization of quality assurance in your QA Chapter. As part of the Global Quality Assurance Leadership team, the Chapter Lead will push organizational capability further. 


    Tasks:

    • Work and align with major Tribe Leads and Product Owners of the ITM Land domain
    • Implement and ensure Schenker IT compliance rules
    • Implement the TSC strategy in the area of responsibility
    • Support and implement the global TSC and SQ partner strategy
    • Support the General Manager in establishing and maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders
    • Manage capacity in relation to demands and partner expectations in a cost-efficient way
    • Steer and communicate risk-based testing approach and manage constraints and partner expectations
    • Empower QA experts to improve continuous the quality of the solution
    • Provision and evolvement of TSC IT Quality Assurance according to global binding IT standards
    • Align and monitor appropriate KPIs and corresponding controls
    • Drive standardized Tools Implementation based on globally defined TSC standards and share good practices
    • Responsible for employment and development process with the support of local HR and local managers
    • Support local continuous improvement and efficiency growth
    • Empower your QA experts to improve continuous the quality of the solution
    • Implement a continuous learning culture and enable a positive error culture in your chapter
    • Manage the transparent performance of your team and enable personal development through open and trustful communication
    • Create a partner-oriented organizational culture
