We are looking for experienced full stack developer who will join project to develop modern multipurpose website for developers. Project members will be responsible for whole software life cycle development including research, design, implementation, testing, deploying, feedback collection and adaptation. Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX Researchers to understand end-users and stakeholders current workflows and pain points in order to identify their needs. Apply the UX research insights into actionable items.
• Collaborate with the product team to define business and product requirements in order to define relevant users’ journey map, steps and tasks while fulfilling their needs.
• Supervise and conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness on very highly complex UX problems.
• Collaborate with PALs and PMs to iterate on various possible product solutions to answer the business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with domain leads, PALs, PMs and developers to conceptualize efficient and intuitive wireframes and prototypes covering workflows/steps/tasks for various users.
• Iterate on designs to arrive at the final product while respecting the Samsung Ads Design System.
• Propose & develop new components and workflows when current ones do not answer the user needs, data and/or technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate technical implementation feasibility and limitations.
• Understand sprint process and effort prioritisation. Find creative solutions while understanding technical framework possibilities.
• Collaborate with UX Researchers to evaluate the product value with end-users, adjusting and refining the design intent accordingly to these insights with stakeholders.
• Communicate with platform users to gather information and periodically propose improvements.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap.
• Contribute pro-actively into platform-wide UX improvement initiatives.
• Advocate user-centered design concepts to product and engineering teams.
• Hold Product and Engineering accountable on implementation and highlight discrepancies via proper Design QA process.
• Ensure the product is useful, usable and delightful!
• Responsible for training, and mentoring of new team members.
• Supervise the team members efficiency and quality of their deliverables.
• Responsible for performance review evaluation, feedback and recognition

• UX writing ability to focus on copy, clarity, tone of voice in communicating instructions to users.
• Inspire the team by conveying the design vision and product value.
• Emotional intelligence in order to provide proper balance of collaboration, transparency, empathy, recognition, positive constructive feedback, active listening, and flexibility with team members.
• Possess effective visual, verbal and written communication skills to accurately communicate and defend ideas, concepts and design decisions with quantitative and qualitative arguments.

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced experience in wireframing, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Advanced experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Advanced experience in user research and testing tools such as Optimal Workshop, Maze, InVision, etc.
• Advanced aptitude in developing Design System and creating new components when required.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum sprint format.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks & libraries (React Java Script, Angular, HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Contribute in promoting the design profession and AdTech industry best practices.
