IT Project/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the work of project team members, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, and monitoring performance. You'll also be responsible for communicating project status and issues to stakeholders and ensuring that the project stays within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Identifying, analyzing, and collecting business and product requirements related to IT processes. This includes understanding the business needs, user needs, and translating them into technical requirements.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to stakeholders on how to improve business processes and product features.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business and product requirements; product meet the needs of stakeholders and users.
• Documenting and communicating changes to stakeholders, ensuring that changes are properly approved, and managing the impact of changes on project timelines, resources, and product features.
• Defining and prioritizing product features, creating and maintaining a product backlog, and ensuring that the development.

Qualifications

• You can confidently and casually speak in English - we are a multi-cultural and multi-national company headquartered in the heart of Bavaria - Munich. 99% of the time we speak English). German would be a great plus.
• We are looking for colleagues with T-shaped skills; university degrees in computer science, or business administration, or a comparable mix of knowledge/experience.
• You can have various professional backgrounds; IT business, technical (IT), or a mix of experiences in many industries.
• Agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban, and intrapreneurship sound very familiar to you
• You have to inherently enjoy working with and talking to other people (clients, colleagues, and any other stakeholders).
• High tolerance for change (last-minute adjustments, altering of requirements, etc.) and everyday project ambiguities.
• Readiness to learn frequently, work with many dependencies, and step up into the role quickly and often.
• Openness for regular weekly visits to the Katowice office.
