Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and requirements into clear, functional, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

• Design and implement Salesforce functionality hands-on, including custom development, configuration, automation, data models, and integrations.

• Act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce engineering teams, and non-Salesforce development teams.

• Contribute to integration design and alignment with surrounding systems such as APIs, middleware, and data platforms.

• Ensure consistency and synergy across Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).

• Lead technical solution design, support backlog refinement, and communicate progress and dependencies transparently.

• Drive best practices, architectural consistency, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce landscape.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a comparable field.

• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business or enterprise environment.

• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, including configuration, custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.

• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Openness to work in a hybrid model and visit the Katowice office regularly.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
