Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical jobs recruitment
- Good knowledge of recruiting process
- Strong negotiating skills
- Knowledge of contemporary IT practices
- Understanding of principles of IT technologies
- Being proactive
- Knowledge of Employment related laws
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be a plus

- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Negotiating compensations
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Define recruitment strategy along with leadership team
