Job description
We are looking for the Srum Master to work for a client. Someone with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: B2B with the net daily rate 850-1050 PLN
Duties:
Duties:
- Controlling and monitoring of the Scrum process during the entire product life cycle.
- Fulfilling the role of a connecting person between the PO and the development team.
- Balckog management.
- Planning and analysis of the work.
- Assessment and finding solutions to existing problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certificate confirming the ability to perform the role as a Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology and an understanding of the software lifecycle process.
- Having a higher education with at least a bachelor's degree.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and build a good atmosphere.
- Knowledge of the English language at the level of min. B2 (work in an international environment).
