👉 Here we are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer. Details about this position below.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will identify and resolve their issues, take care of the administration of IT systems and configuration of network devices. In that position, you will be engaged in the maintenance of the development environment and constant product improvement.


Responsibilities: 
  • Making configuration and maintenance of development environments
  • Creating and supporting a production environment 
  • Setting standards for new and current projects
  • Improving infrastructure in terms of architecture and security
  • Support of the team during a conversation with the clients (architecture changes, explaining the advantages of exact service and pointing the various between services)
  • Proposing and planning the extension of server architecture (in relation to clients queries)
  • Preparation of the final list of costs for the exact service
  • Servers updates (database, ruby version, node version, other dependencies: as needed)
  • Analysis of indicators and performance (server performance)
  • Creation of monitoring & reminders for the typical server metrics monitoring (disk usage/cpu/load average/ssl certificate) 
  • Supporting developers in projects, helping them in analyzing & solving errors (eg. sentry error monitoring)

Must have:
  • Knowledge of at least one of the Debian based Linux distribution
  • Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language like bash, sh, ruby, python
  • Basic knowledge of AWS or/and Azure services
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and docker-compose software
  • Basic knowledge of one of the following software configuration management tools (SCM) eg. Puppet, CHEF, Ansible, Octopus, AWS OpsWorks, AWS Config, Azure Automation, ARM Templates and Azure DevOps
