As an AEM Developer at Publicis Sapient, you will enjoy a role in creating the content and experience for a variety of clients across web, mobile, social, and other interactive channels to provide agility and efficiency for marketers and content contributors.
Key Responsibilities
Create content and other related models, implement business process workflows, enable efficient content contribution, and develop digital experiences demonstrating terrific skill in everything you do.
Inspire. Be a team member and take an active role in driving standards in our teams via knowledge sharing, show & tells, and more. Work with local departments leads to identify tools, patterns, and techniques to evolve the ways of working in the customer experience practice.
Evangelize for good architectural and development principals both internally and with clients. Provide accurate, efficient, secure work that is appropriate for the solution.
Partner with architects, creative technologists, business consultants, brand planners, experience strategists, client executives, and more to provide connected thinking for our clients.
Liaise with client architecture teams and review boards, and own the overall design and code quality on the project.
Qualifications
- Prior work on best-of-breed Customer Experience projects and show mastery of CMS solutions in general, and Adobe Experience Manager specifically.

At least 5+ years start-up or consulting experience preferred, with 2+ years of CMS experience. Mobile experience a plus.
- Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as Javascript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations.
- Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries.
- Nice to have JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Expert in the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing/deployment, and delivery processes.
- Experience in sizing and performance optimization.

Excellent verbal and written skills. You should be able to convince and inspire with your words as well as your design.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working on multiple and/or large-scale projects.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree required in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science.
