PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Industry: Finance
- Location: Warsaw, City Center - Emilii Plater 53
- Remote work: Currently 100% remotely, hybrid model after pandemia
- Business trips: 2-3 days every three months after COVID
- Project language: English (required), Polish
- Project length: Long-term
- Start: asap / flexible
- Assignment type: B2B / UoP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
- 2nd level support on incidents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Exchange Online experience
- Microsoft Exchange PowerShell experience
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge e.g., the Office products
- Worked with Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune experience
- Microsoft Teams experience
- Microsoft OneDrive experience
- Understanding differences between VDI and PC’s
- Communicating fluently in English – both spoken and written
- Cooperative and proactive
- Advantage: Knowledge regarding ripening applications and troubleshooting on the learning tool Vimago
- Advantage: Knowledge about the IT Service Management Platform, ‘ServiceNow’
