PROJECT INFORMATION:
- Industry: Finance / Banking
- Location: Remote now / Gdańsk
- Business trips: no
- Project language: English, Polish
- Renumeration: 60-85 PLN/H + VAT (depending on seniority level)
- Duration: long term
- First contract: 31/05/2022
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test planning
- Test analysis and design
- Test execution
- Analyzing, designing, implementing and executing test cases by manual test methods
- Contribute to defining the overall test plan & approach for the team
- Work actively with the whole team to secure the high quality of the delivery
- Report, handle and verify defects
- Recommending appropriate actions for test results
- Working alongside the automated test engineer
SKILLS:
- We are searching for someone who has a broad business understanding
- Experience with financial instruments or having a business understanding of the area
- Analytical skill
- Attention to details
- Quick learner and self-driven (ask about the past experience to figure out, if this exist)
- Has experience working with Qtest or similar test management tool
- Creation of test documentation
- General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level
- Working with international, cross-country environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably experienced in testing lending products (loans and credit cards area)
- Experienced in working with agile methodology and scrum team will be highly valued
- Willing to constantly improve your competencies in test automation
- Have good communication skills to clarify requirements with business with good English
Nice to have:
- Experience in test automation will be welcome (Java based, but testing in the tool provided by IHS MarkIT called EDM.)
- Good knowledge of SQL
