PMO Specialist

At Pretius we are looking for PMO Specialist to a project of backend system for Trade Finance.

Location: remote

Salary: 120-150 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• Set up and manage KPI tracking processes

• Structure and maintain project and deliverable plans

• Monitor progress of project deliverables

• Lead and participate in status meetings (jour fixe) and present current project topics

• Collaborate with workstream leads and project managers on ongoing topics

• Prepare meeting documentation and minutes

• Prepare inputs for management decisions and Steering Committees

• Identify project risks and improvement opportunities proactively

• Maintain and document the project issues list

• Deep dive into project details to understand and coordinate resolution of issues

• Anticipate required project activities and ensure alignment with timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of PMO experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT development and solutions projects

• Strong Excel skills for KPI tracking

• Proficiency in PowerPoint to present and communicate project vision

• High motivation to tackle new challenges daily

• Critical mindset and ability to question project progress constructively

• Fast learner with the ability to grasp new topics quickly

• Excellent English skills (verbal and written) at a negotiation level

• German language skills are a strong plus

• Trade Finance knowledge is a plus
