Digital Architect with Guidewire

Location: Remote (with travel to Ireland, 10-30% of the time)

For a major insurer in Ireland, who's undergoing a digital transformation, we're looking for a digital architect to drive the architecture and development of client portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the digital architecture for the entire solution.
• Collaborate closely with the client, understanding their business and technology needs.
• Estimate work efforts and resources required for project delivery.
• Oversee development teams to ensure architectural consistency and alignment with project goals.
• Implement best practices in digital architecture for portals and system integrations.
• Provide high-quality solutions for authentication and authorization (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Okta, OAuth).
• Ensure seamless integration with CMS (Optimizely) and Guidewire systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing digital architecture for portals.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire, particularly Edge API, is required.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, such as Optimizely, Contentful, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Practical experience with user management for B2C portals.
• Strong experience with system integrations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for direct client interaction.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Ability to estimate work efforts and oversee development teams.
• Willingness to travel to Ireland (10-30% of the time).
