    As a Regional Deployment Cutover Lead, and as part of the Connect PPG program, you will represent a specific deployment / release (Phase 1 – PMC EMEA).  As Regional Cutover Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of SAP project activities concerning transitioning the business from legacy systems and processes to S4 following a new common process across all impacted sites and business functions. You will work closely with the project PMO, the People Readiness Team, the Data Readiness Team and the Business Process Owners.


    You will coordinate the milestones, priorities, and risks concerning Cutover within all phases of the program lifecycle. Manage and report on the project schedule, including updating of the project plans.

    You will report to the EMEA Deployment Director and will closely cooperate with each Regional Functional Lead who will support you in deploying the release across EMEA.

    This role is crucial for ensuring that the transition to SAP S/4 HANA is executed efficiently and effectively, minimizing disruption to the business operations.     🔹Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a detailed cutover plan, aligning with global template guidelines.
    • Manage the end-to-end cutover process, including planning, dry runs, and reporting.
    • Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (project health, risk, issue mitigation....) from cutover perspective.
    • Lead and coordinate all regional cutover and site readiness teams and activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team and in alignment with the Global Cutover Lead.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team on process execution.
    • Develop and manage the deployment approach for processes taking into consideration the dependencies, infrastructure complexity, geographical footprint, and end-user requirements.
    • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view of deploying technology solutions.
    • Facilitate communication and provide status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.


    🔹Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in SAP cutover management, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.
    • 10 years of validated experience in deploying complex and standardized business processes across a global organization.
    • Previous system implementation experience on a global scale is preferred.
    • Multiple years in management of large and global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.
    • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome.
