CAD Support Specialist (BricsCAD / AutoCAD)

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are recruiting CAD Support Specialist (BricsCAD / AutoCAD). We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled professional who will become the central support point for users of CAD and planning tools. This role combines technical support, user training, documentation, and cooperation with product and engineering teams.
Your duties will include:
Technical Support
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for CAD tools
Analyze incidents and solve user issues
Register and document tickets with screenshots, recordings, and descriptions
Escalate complex issues to Product / Engineering teams
Training & Documentation
Create manuals, user guides, and onboarding materials
Prepare tutorial videos and training content
Build and maintain internal knowledge base resources
Business Analysis
Collect user feedback and identify recurring issues
Translate customer needs into product improvement suggestions
Support continuous improvement of digital tools
Requirements that must be met:
Hands-on experience with BricsCAD and/or AutoCAD
Technical or engineering background (Civil Engineering is a plus)
Previous experience in technical support or customer support
Experience in construction industry tools
Ability to create clear technical documentation
Fluent English
German is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Independent and structured way of working
Nice to have
Experience delivering trainings or workshops
Knowledge of scaffolding / formwork processes
