The team is constantly growing and we’re looking for an experienced Product Designer who is going to help us with upcoming, challenging yet highly rewarding initiatives at Packhelp. You’ll be part of the Design team and working closely with product alongside Product Managers, Data Analysts, stakeholders and obviously developers. Requirements:
Requirements:
- Has 5+ years experience in product design
- Experience in designing apps and websites
- Extreme attention to detail and information hierarchy
- An eye for copy and how copy drives user experience
- Experience in HTML, CSS and/or programming apps and web (not a must)
- User-focused design mentality
- Great skill in typography and knows how to play with colours
- Strong visual design skills (gets composition, space, etc.)
- Is familiar and fluent in Sketch
- Is well-versed in design concepts, process & trends
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Is a team player
Responsibilities:
- Designing interfaces and features of our internal and external apps
- Discovering insights, requirements, constraints
- Coming up with simple solutions to complex problems
- Being part of a product team responsible for specific part of the company
- Designing A/B tests to validate your hypotheses
- Working with stakeholders to learn about their needs
- Creating wireframes and prototypes enabling our teams to swiftly iterate and test ideas
- Working with others to guarantee consistent look and feel of our UIs
- Maintaining design system libraries (DSLs)
- Production of specs and assets for final releases
- Handing off work to developers, assisting them during development
- Preparing of clickable prototypes
