The team is constantly growing and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Pack!
Responsibilities:
- Searching for the best technology candidates on the market (RoR, JS, PHP, DevOps, QA Team)
- Making offers, negotiating and creating long term recruitment strategy
- Balancing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes at once
- Partnering leaders of Technology Guild; managing raises, promotions and personal development of the employees
- Making strategical HR decisions within your area, creating and improving processes
- Being a first point of HR contact for Technology Guild employees
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in the area of technical recruitment, ideally in a tech-startup environment as an internal recruiter
- Fluent English and Polish
- Very well developed skills of multitasking and prioritising
- A lot of empathy and ability to solve problems before they blow up
- Personality of a doer with positive attitude
- Willingness to be a part of an amazing company with international teams, fast moving environment and constant desire to grow
- Background in being a partner for the business, e.g. in building team structure, planning and improving HR processes
