Oracle NetSuite Consultant / Integration Specialist

About he role:

We are looking for an Oracle NetSuite specialist with a strong focus on integrations to join a project where NetSuite acts as the core transactional system.

At the beginning, the role is focused on consulting and solution design — helping define how the system should work and how it should integrate with other tools.

If the cooperation goes well, the role will transition into hands-on implementation and delivery.

You will be working in an environment that has already been significantly developed and extended, so a big part of the role is understanding existing solutions and building on top of them.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Oracle NetSuite as the core system (system of record)

• Analyze existing customizations and extensions

• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems (including Microsoft 365)

• Design and develop APIs for system-to-system communication

• Help define integration architecture and technical approach

• Provide technical consulting during the concept/design phase

• Support implementation during the delivery phase

Technology stack:

• Oracle NetSuite

• APIs (REST, integrations)

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Integration tools / middleware (depending on solution)

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite

  • data model

  • customizations

  • integrations

• Proven experience in API development and system integrations

• Ability to work in complex, already developed NetSuite environments

• Experience in a consulting-oriented role (not only development)

• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience designing integration architectures

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 integrations

• Background in client-facing roles (workshops, requirements gathering)
