Join our dynamic team at the forefront of securing and coordinating enterprise-wide services! As a Level 3 Operations Analyst in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization, you play a pivotal role in safeguarding P&G's information assets while ensuring seamless alignment between IT access and business needs.

Operational Activities:

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks for Identity & Access Management.
  • Serve as the next-level contact for the Level 2 team.

Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Manage Ping Federate certificates for all Centrify tenants.
  • Handle DNS management for new connectors.
  • Perform manual/ad-hoc instance adjustments for connectors using Azure Pipelines.
  • Maintain Azure resources, including creating/terminating VMs.

Repository Maintenance:

  • Manage Identity & Access repositories, including Github and Azure Blob (cagent versions).
  • Maintain and update SIEM alerts.

Application Passwords:

  • Manage passwords used across various integrated platforms (Puppet, Azure/AWS, BigFix, Ping RADIUS, etc.).

Problem and Incident Management:

  • Lead change, problem, and incident management processes for Identity & Access Management.
  • Handle both critical issues and planned activities.

Knowledge Transfer:

  • Provide knowledge transfer to Level 2 Operations.
  • Cover new support processes and features/mechanisms deployed by engineering.

  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is great, but if you have relevant Level 3 experience, we're equally excited to hear from you!
  • Team Player: If you have a knack for guiding and mentoring, and perhaps some experience training or leading Level 2 teams, that's a big plus.
  • PAM Passion: Have hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions? Awesome! If you're familiar with Centrify/Delinea Suite, even better.
  • Cloud Curiosity: Whether you've explored the realms of AWS or Azure, your cloud experience adds a dash of extra appeal.
  • Tech Savvy: Windows and Linux are your playgrounds, and you've got some scripting skills under your belt (think PowerShell or Bash).
  • Tech Extra Credit: If you're into programming or have a touch of DevOps knowledge that’s an additional advantage.
  • Toolbox Awareness: Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a bonus. Don't worry if you haven't used them; we'll get you up to speed!

If you're ready to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our team, we're excited to hear from you!
