Product Owner – Fintech Solutions

📍 Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days/week onsite required) | 💼 Full-time | B2B contract up to $4,500/month

Our client is a US-based technology company headquartered in New York City, delivering digital solutions and consulting services that transform businesses and drive measurable value. With offices in multiple countries, the company is now investing in a new engineering centre in Warsaw, recognizing the strong talent and culture of Polish software professionals.

We are looking for a Product Owner with a true product mindset, not just someone who manages tasks or deadlines. In this role, you will own the development of a fintech platform from 0-to-1 — shaping the product vision, driving execution, and constantly refining based on user feedback and business priorities.

This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from the Warsaw office at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap

• Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value

• Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders

• Lead the product development process from ideation to MVP and beyond

• Translate complex market needs into clear, actionable requirements

• Make trade-off decisions based on data, timelines, and user impact

• Gather and apply user feedback to iterate and improve the product

• Ensure alignment with the company’s mission and fintech strategy

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally in fintech or SaaS

• Proven track record of building products from scratch (0-to-1)

• Ability to clearly distinguish product vs. project management and operate in a product-led environment

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; comfortable with data-driven trade-offs

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams

• High level of ownership, curiosity, and interest in the fintech industry

• Strong command of English; Polish language is a plus
