    Companies use Open Loyalty to launch innovative loyalty programs at scale and introduce features such as points, tiers, rewards, referrals, coupons, challenges, and more, faster than developing them from scratch.

    The solution is used by 50+ companies from retail, insurance, and CPG sectors, coming from 27+ markets and including brands such as Limango, Heineken, JTI, ALDO, or the U.S. Soccer Federation.     Please note this role is hybrid, Wrocław-based.


    Joining our Team as a Junior IT/System Admin Specialist means:

    • Together with our Senior Specialist, supporting our Employees in everyday troubleshooting;
    • Configuring hardware and software (Windows, MacOS, Ubuntu, iOS, Android)
    • Managing users and user accounts in our tools;
    • Overseeing our antivirus software;
    • System admin and configuration;
    • Automating processes (Bash, Powershell, n8n);
    • Creating documentation and instructions. 


    You will be a perfect match if you:

    • Have at least 3-12 months of experience in similar capacity;
    • Have at least basic understanding of LAN/WAN network;
    • Have great communication skills in Polish and English and you like to work with people;
    • Are independent and have problem-solving skills;
    • Have knowledge and experience of solving issues in Windows, Ubuntu, MacOS;
    • Are familiar with managing Slack, Jira, and Confluence from the Administrator’s side;
    • Are knowledgeable about how hardware is built. 


    It’s great if you also have:

    • Experience with UEM software (Unified Endpoint Management), especially JumpCloud;
    • Experience with managing antivirus software;
    • Basic coding knowledge (simple scripts in Bash, PowerShell)
