As a Junior UX Writer, you’ll part of UX Team and collaborate with stakeholders, system/business analysts, developers or QA to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll be responsible for crafting concise, clear, and user-focused content across our digital products, ensuring that our copy aligns with our brand voice while being accessible to our diverse audience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Write clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for web and mobile interfaces, transactional emails, and chatbot interfaces.
- Simplify insurance terminology to make it accessible and understandable for all users.
- Revise and update content based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Assist in performing content audits, identifying inconsistencies, and supporting efforts to standardize content across the platform.
- Support in reviewing information architecture, focusing on how content structure and flow enhance user navigation and engagement.
- Help maintain and update style guides, documentation, and other resources to ensure consistency in content standards across the product.
What we’re looking for:

Fluency in American English (C1-C2): Strong writing, grammar, and proofreading skills with ability to adjust to clarity and tone.

Relevant background or education: Background in copywriting, proofreading, editing, linguistics or a related field, with an interest in UX writing and content design.

Ability to simplify complex information for clarity and accessibility.

Willingness to learn and grow in UX writing: Enthusiasm for creating user-friendly content and understanding its impact on the user experience.

Familiarity with U.S. culture: Knowledge of cultural norms, terminology and language conventions to ensure that content is relevant to American users.

Attention to detail and analytical thinking: Ability to assist with content audits and maintain consistency in language across the platform.
Nice to have:
- Basic skills using Figma.
- Experience in working with CMS platforms for managing digital content.
