UX Writer – Junior / Regular

Role Description: We are looking for a Junior or Regular-level UX Writer to support our Customer Experience team in creating intuitive, functional, and engaging solutions for our users. This is an autonomous role; the successful candidate will play a key expert role within the realm of content creation. We are open to candidates with less professional experience, provided they are ready — and confident enough— to independently build out this area of responsibility.

Responsibilites:

- Creating English-language content for user interfaces, maintaining information architecture, and developing other content elements to create a full and unified customer experience (CX)

- Ensuring consistent brand tone across all produced content

- Editing blog content in accordance with SEO guidelines

- CMS management

- Shaping content creation and user communication strategies, considering business needs and feedback

- Coordinating content-related work—both internally within the CX team and across different teams

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–2 years

- English proficiency (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level

- Tools: Figma, DevOps

- Soft skills: strong communication skills, critical thinking

- Bonus points for familiarity with the US insurance market and culture, and experience collaborating with UX/UI designers
