UX Designer

SZALLAS GROUP - the largest regional player in the CEE region of the online travel agency market is looking for a candidate to the position of an UX DESIGNER . We are looking for a mid/senior UX DESIGNER to our design team in Poland. The team members are responsible for back office interfaces,  administrating platforms for hotels, coupon sites, mobile apps. Each of our products have to meet the needs for international clients. The SZALLAS GROUP includes : Nocowanie.pl, Noclegi.pl, Szallas.hu, Hotely.cz, Travelminit.ro.

As a designer you will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers and clients. By working in a cross-functional product team, you will have to understand the needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that meet these requirements.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·    Broaden and increase the user experience of the Polish products (nocowanie.pl, noclegi.pl, admin panels)

·    define goals of these products hand-in-hand with the product manager

·    research for potential possibilities, new user needs

·    design and test new features

·    test users experience of the sites

·    design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (users interviews and opinions, surveys, usability testing)

·    analysing and converting research data into actionable insights that communicate the needs, behaviours and motivations of users

·    define flows, interactions and implementing it into the development specifications

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

·       experience in e-commerce optimization: 2-3 years, designing products and working with development teams: 4-5 years, conducting research, including moderated interviews: 2-3 years

·       excellent command in: FIGMA

·       analytical mindset - basing decisions on qualitative and quantitative data

·       fluent English

·       excellent communication and cooperation skills

·       good organisation of work, independence and responsibility within the area of activity entrusted

·       experience in cooperation with international teams

·       ability to cooperate in business and having a global view of projects
