Currently, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Product Owner who’ll swell the ranks of our Engineering Team in Poland (Poznan). We have over 40 people on board there, including the other 3 Product Owners and 2 Scrum Masters, so if you’re a team player, we’ve got you covered.
In this role you will:
- Gather and analyze requirements for our reliability platform
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and our Scrum teams to maximize the value we deliver to our customers
- Support our Scrum teams throughout the entire development cycle and help them understand the purpose of our actions
- Develop and maintain product backlog to ensure project transparency for all the stakeholders and team members
- Cooperate with our Technical Writer to keep the Nobl9 platform's documentation up to date.
Here are the qualities we’d like you to possess:
- At least 4 years of proven working experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager
- Experience in writing product specifications
- Great understanding of the software development process and an Agile mindset
- Analytical thinking
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Fluent English and Polish
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong first-hand knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
- Nice to have: PSPO/CSPO certificate.
