Technology Director

You will:
- Oversee a growing team of backend and front-end developers;
- Mentor, motivate, and coach Engineering Managers on a daily basis;
- Cooperate closely with our Business Development team to generate ideas and processes that will result in a stronger sales pipeline;
- Track the progress and measure the productivity of the whole team;
- Last, but not least: build a team development strategy in close cooperation with Engineering Managers.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum two years of experience in direct or indirect managing a team of 20+ people,
- In-depth understanding of software delivery processes (hands-on experience in software development is not required),
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment,
- Experience in planning and implementing growth, business, or product strategies,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1 CEFR), Polish is not required,
- Strong critical thinking ability – you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Optimism and a can-do attitude.
And even better than perfect if you have:
- Experience in a relevant role in a growing software consulting company,
- Engineering background in Front-end, Ruby on Rails, Node.js or Python.
