We are currently looking for a Senior Project Management Officer who will take over leadership in PMO-Talent Allocation team.

What are the duties of a Senior Project Management Officer?

Leading the PMO Talent Allocation team,
providing Talent Allocation for the projects' portfolio,
creating, managing and optimising the scheduling process in the fast growing company,
cooperation with a broad range of internal stakeholders: Account and Project Management leaders and specialists, Engineering Managers and developer’s leaders. Assisting them in reaching business goals with strategic talent allocation processes,
preparing documentation, summaries, reports and process automatization,
using different tools and applications in the process of scheduling,
cooperation with vendors and suppliers,
last but not least - fostering a strong relationship with the Netguru team.

We want you to come on board if you have:

a very good command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum C1 level),
a professional work experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, Business Development support, Operations Management or Customer Service ,
excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills,
outstanding organisational skills and confidence in managing complex tasks,
the ability to react quickly to rapid changes and effectively manage your time,
the ability to work full time.

are a problem solving kind of person with strong analytical skills,
have the background in an IT environment and a passion for new technologies,
have a degree in Management, HR area or Psychology.
