Location | Remote 

Join full remote transformation project of the Network Services to support the growth of a high-tech medical company. This role will play a key part in defining, implementing, transitioning and developing the network service. 

Your responsibilities 

• Design and implement network solutions that meet project requirements.
• Configure Cisco network devices using standard templates and ensuring that the network is secure and reliable. 
• Provide hyper care utilizing network management tools such as Cisco DNAC, SolarWinds, etc. tools to monitor and manage network performance.
• Have strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network issues. This includes identifying the root cause of problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring that the network is operating optimally. 
• Flexible to schedule work based on business requirements as most changes are implemented after business hours to minimise impact on operations.
• Collaborative with other team members, including project managers, business representatives, client's vendors and other network engineers. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met. 
• Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues. This includes creating diagrams, documenting configurations, and maintaining inventory records.
