Mobile Test Lead

Join Natek and become part of global international team in Healthcare area. The Lead  will be responsible for mobile team in testing and validating mobile products  providing a good user experience across various envrionment. 

Your responsibilities 

• Lead validation and testing efforts to ensure that all mobile and medical  device components meet the required standards and deliver a high quality experience. 
• Provide ongoing support and continuously optimize the QA process,  addressing any issues or blockers that arise. 
• Oversee and participate in testing activities to verify the quality and  functionality of the devices, ensuring they integrate effectively with the  study. 
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the quality of mobile devices 
• Defect Management 
• Manage the identification, tracking, and resolution of defects found during  testing of mobile devices. 
• Ensure thorough documentation of QA activities, including test plans, test  reports, and traceability matrices. 

Our requirements 

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance 
• 2 years of an experience in a leadership role 
• 3+ years of experience in mobile application or SDK testing, demonstrating a  strong understanding of Android and iOS platforms. 
• Hands-on experience with mobile devices, emulators, and simulators.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance theory, terminology, and strategies.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Experience with test management tools and systems such as XRay and  defect tracking systems.
