JOB LOCATION: remote (meetings in office 1x monthly in Warsaw) 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Join Natek and support our client in the development of banking applications for a global environment using innovative technologies.  

You will be working on several applications, the system is used worldwide. You will also contribute and be involved in technical discussions and decision making. 

Development ratio: 50% backend – 50% frontend  

Tech stack: 

Java: 

- Java 11, Hibernate, Junit 

Spring: Spring boot, spring batch, spring security 

Web: 

- Angular 14, JSON, XML 

Responsibilities: 

• Ratio: 30% management of the team, 70% development 
• Leading development on multiple applications (new and already used) 
• Conducting code reviews 
• Guiding the team in SCRUM events 
• Managing communication with individuals and teams from different locations
• Representing the local development team as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
• Managing development and design projects  

Requirements: 

• Experience in managing development team 
• Eexperience with following technologies: Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Angular 
• Proficiency in overseeing software management for complex technological platforms
• Experience with complex projects in large-scale environemnts 
• Good knowledge of SDLC 
• Team player attitude 
• Good communication skills in English language  
• Ability to oversee teams working remotely
